Mary Szatkowski-Pritikin, M.D.

Dr. Mary Szatkowski-Pritikin, M.D., earned her medical doctorate in 1972 from Loyola Stritch Medical School in Maywood, Illinois. Her post-doctoral training included an internship in internal medicine at Loyola University/Hines Veteran Administration, also in Maywood. She was the first woman to train in ophthalmology at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. Dr. Szatkowski also completed fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery at the University of California - San Diego.

Dr. Szatkowski is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She has published abstracts and participated in research studies, and has been a professor of ophthalmology at Rush Medical School since 1981.

Chen Kuo, O.D.

Dr. Kuo provides primary eye care and comprehensive contact lens services. Dr. Kuo has over 25 years of ophthalmic experience. She has worked at the department of Ophthalmology at the University of San Francisco – Beckman Vision Eye Center and at the University of Michigan – W.K. Kellogg Eye Center.

Dr. Kuo earned her optometry degree from the University of California - Berkeley School of Optometry, and she earned her bachelor degree from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Illinois Optometric Association and Contact Lens Society.

Sandra Murray, Office Manager

Sandra, also a Chicago native, is probably the first person you'll meet in the office. Her cheerful smile and warm demeanor will instantly win you over.

Sandy has been with the practice for over 20 years. As such, she is very familiar with patients, problems and all insurance needs.
